WORK: Slow day again, but due to pick up. Low stress.
HEALTH: Overall feeling A bit sore from Saturday but working through it. Affected the workout today on the chest as it depends on the arms. Feeling more stable and not as heavy.
SLEEP: Up at 6:30 AM.

219 lbs. Weighed in after waking up: Slight gain this morning but not too concerned. Again, need to focus on the measurements not the weight. Water, muscle other things will increase weight. A challenge to stay motivated since I have always remained focus watching that number of weight go down. Tomorrow is measurement day, we’ll see.

Typical walks to the Bus Stop, in Newark Station, From PATH Station to Work and back. Man it needs to warm up soon.
STATE OF MIND
WORK: Pretty motivated this morning. 15 days until I move into my next roll, a more exciting one. In the chair today focused on putting together what I need to transition my current work over to other people.
HEALTH: Overall feeling pretty good. Again, I will say that it is very difficult to stop looking at the scale and focusing more on the weekly planned measurements of the waist as an indication of health improvement.
SLEEP: Up at 6:30 AM. To bed at 12:15 AM
MUSIC: Left over from my brief walk from the bus stop last night, I found myself plugging along to my Hip-Hop Playlist this morning. I must say although, I have almost worn out this playlist, it is good at getting me into a mindset that wakes me up and get’s me ready for work.

STATE OF MIND
WORK: Struggling to stay motivated at work. Tired since I was up late last night with one of the little ones until 3 a.m. Have to stay focused on what goes in my mouth.
HEALTH: Overall feeling pretty good. Not really seeing any change since I have begun the healthy lifestyle based on my readings in “YOU: On A Diet†Somehow, I do feel different. Less blobby and a bit more tight. Might just be the chemicals and hormones in my body getting their ducks back in a row before I see any significant results. I will say that it will be difficult to stop looking at the scale and focusing more on the weekly planned measurements of the waist as an indication of health improvement.
SLEEP: Up at 6:30 AM. Fell asleep around 8:30PM, up at 11:30 for the late feed. Fell asleep again around 12:30
MUSIC: Since I commute to music every day, my playlist reflects my general mood. Today started off with the last couple of songs from my “Purchased†music playlist which left me with a choice of what I felt like listening to next. That ended up being my RB playlist, but soon I moved to my Artist playlist and pulled up Outkast. I guess this means I am in the mood for a mix of funky, jazzy, eccentric, but yet not too energetic.
